Last summer, I went on holiday with my family to Spain. The weather was very good and sunny. We had a lot of fun, because we swam in the sea everyday. One day, while driving to a small town,we suddenly saw a car crash into a tree. The driver didn't stop, because he wasn't looking.

We stopped our car and I called for help. Then, some other people stopped too and they helped the driver. After a few minutes, an ambulance arrived and took the driver to the hospital. He was hurt, but not badly. We were scared. In the end we were cheerful, because he wasn't seriously hurt. After some time, he was fine.

After the accident, we decided to drive more carefully. It was a scary moment, but we learned that it is very important to drive safely and be careful on the road.
Prosím poraďte, jsou tam nějaké chyby v členech nebo v časech?

Ano, v textu je několik drobných chyb v gramatice, členech a časech. Níže je opravená verze s vysvětlením:

Opravený text:
Last summer, I went on a holiday with my family to Spain. The weather was very good and sunny. We had a lot of fun because we swam in the sea every day.

One day, while driving to a small town, we suddenly saw a car crash into a tree. The driver didn't stop because he wasn't looking where he was going.

We stopped our car, and I called for help. Then, some other people stopped too, and they helped the driver. After a few minutes, an ambulance arrived and took the driver to the hospital. He was hurt, but not badly. We were scared. In the end, we felt relieved because he wasn't seriously hurt. After some time, he was fine.

After the accident, we decided to drive more carefully. It was a scary moment, but we learned that it is very important to drive safely and be careful on the road.

Chyby a opravy:
1. "on holiday" → "on a holiday"
- Pokud mluvíme obecně o dovolené, říkáme on holiday (např. I am on holiday).
- Ale když mluvíme o konkrétní dovolené, můžeme říct on a holiday.

2. "everyday" → "every day"
- Everyday je přídavné jméno (např. my everyday routine).
- Every day znamená „každý den“, což je správné v této větě.

3. "The driver didn't stop, because he wasn't looking." → "The driver didn't stop because he wasn't looking where he was going."
- V angličtině se obvykle dodává „where he was going“, aby to dávalo lepší smysl.

4. "In the end we were cheerful" → "In the end, we felt relieved."
- Cheerful znamená „veselý“, ale v kontextu nehody je lepší relieved (ulevilo se nám).

Celkově je text srozumitelný a jen s několika drobnými chybami.
