I am writing to ask about the house advertised in newspaper on 2nd October.
I am interested a detached house in the suburbs of London.
I have read the advert but I am not sure if there is public transport. I would like to know how far from the house there is a bus stop.
I would like to know more details about house equipment. I would like to ask if there is a central heating, a basement, a garden and a balcony. I wonder if the house is furinished or if there is any furniture. For example, a sofa, a dining room, home appliance.
I would like to ask if there are any sports equipment in the are such as a playground or a gym.
Lastly, I wonder if there is a cinema or a theater nearby.
