Angličtina, kontrola textu
Ahoj,
mohl by mi se mi, prosím, někdo mrknout na text v angličtině a popřípadě poupravit?
Vím, že je to celkem dlouhý text, ale začátek bych měla mít teoreticky dobře, ale konec nevím ...

I am writing in connection with John Newton´s article „Why TV is bad for us“ in last Monday´s newspaper. I must say I agree with many things that were mentioned by the autor.
Firs of all, Mrs Newton believes that young people are lazy and spend all day watching TV. I agree with this opinion because I know few young pepoles that can really spend all day only watching TV or playing games on the computer. This people do not have other hobbies and acktivities and especially real friends. And that is not good for young people.
But on the other hand I know many young peoples in my age spend free days or weekends travelling or working part - time job. And I am one of those people because I do not like doing nothing. For example at the weekends or free days (holidays) I usually go to the friend to Prague, Brno or Ostrava ad there we help to people with purchase, watk the dog, clean rooms or tutor younger students. It is certainly useful than sitting at the TV.
So I thank you for this article and I hope that people in my finally realize that spend all day watching on TV is bad. And there are many other activities that are much exciting.
