Hi, Jane.
I am writing to tell you everything what happened this month due to coronavirus. I suppose you have already heard about this unpleasant viral disease. Coronavirus can be very dangerous not only for old people and pacients suffering from cancer, but also for young people with lack of immunity. Consenquently, on 11th March, our government decided about new regulations.
Our principal told us that we would stay at home for at least three weeks. I admit I was excited, but nowadays I am bored. I am not allowed to visit my friends and go shopping. What’s more, I must wear a cotton veil on my face. In my opinion, this regulation is necessary. We should protect our surroundings. We had better strictly maintain hygiene as well. It is annoying, I know.
In spite of these regulations, pharmacies and groceries are available. Other shops and institutions are closed. One thing that I miss is the library. If I had some books, I would spend these long days better.
On the other hand, thanks to this quarantine I have an opportunity to spend more time with my parents.
As far as I’m concerned, studying at home doesn’t suit me. I would rather study at school. I have problems especially with Maths. There’s nobody who is able to explain it to me personally. If only I were at school again.
I wish you were healthy. Please, follow these rules as I do.
Sincerely.
