Ringtones on HTC 620

I have a HTC 620 when I sync music from lap top to my phone the music goes to my windows media player, from there I cannot get any tune to go to my ringtones, so I am left with only factory ones already on the phone and they are embarrasing.
What do I need to do to put my own ringtone music on to my phone.
