Windows Phone 7 Series SDK

Is Windows Mobile 7 Software Development Kit ready for download? Any info will be greatly appreciated. I search on MSDN and no info. I am also wondering if someone knows something on Zune SDK. Thanks

Windows Phone 7 Series development information will be made available at MIX10. Inconsistent news are available at the moment (regarding the native development, .NET support, backward Windows Mobile 6 app compatibility etc.).
