There are three Windows Mobile editions. Here are new (Windows Mobile 6) and old names (Windows Mobile 5):
Windows Mobile Standard (Smartphone) - no touch-screen, cell phone
Windows Mobile Classic(Pocket PC) - touch-screen, not cell phone, PDA only (but may contain WiFi)
Windows Mobile Professional(Pocket PC Phone Edition) - touch-screen, cell phone & PDA
