How can I run Nvidia RTX chat?

I have installed Nvidia LLM RTX chat, but there is no exe file to run. How can I run the chat?

Run app_launch.bat file.
It is in subfolder folder-where-rtx-chat-is-installed\RAG\trt-llm-rag-windows-main
