HP ProBook 4520s startup issues

I am currently having some issues with a laptop from your company- HP ProBook 4520s. I have been cleaning my keyboard with a special liquid and after I started the laptop up , the keyboard didn' work. We thought that the liquid has harmed the keyboard, but as we were trying to start the laptop up today, it kept resetting. The CapsLock flashes seven times and then the laptop restarts everytime we try to start it up. We have tried to restart the charging system- disconnected all cables and removed the battery and held the power button for more than 15 seconds. Me and my father have opened the notebook, because the warranty is gone already and my father is a professional. We found out that the water probably didn't hurt the laptop anyhow, there were no proofs of the water getting into the laptop.

You are probably right the problem is not the liquid. Did you check the keyboard flat plastic "cable"? It can be broken or its contacts can be damaged.
