I am reliable,responsible and hard-working person......so we learned it without the articles.
But I'm not sure if it is correct,how I said I,m not the native speaker. But if you're not sure you can say I think this:
I am very reliable,responsible and hard-working person....
When you put there word VERY you don't have to think of articles.
