According to scientists, we should keep healthy lifestyle. Not only eat healthy food, but also exercise more. If everyone followed these rules, we could be healthier.
At first, we had better consume more fresh food and attempt to avoid industrially processed meals. On the other hand, we can eat whatever we want, but only sometimes and in limited quantity. Furthermore, if it depended on me, I would give up Cola. Cola is the worst beverage in the world.
Except for healthy eating it is essential to do some kind of sport. As far as I know, doing sport is convenient for maintaining our good health condition. There is a great deal of different sports. In addition, we have a lot of opportunies to take up some of them. What about going for a walk or cycling?
If only people gave up smoking! It is absolutely disgusting as well as unhealthy. What’s more, smoking causes the lung cancer.

I have eaten healthy for two years. As far as I am concerned, it benefits me. I admit I feel better. If I were you, I would improve your eating habits.
I wish I did more sport. Instead of reading books, I had better go for a walk.
