Windows Mobile today plugin not shown in list

I have installed today plugin dll and it is not show in Today in settings. It works fine in the emulator. What is wrong?

You probably installed the plugin to the storage card. This is not allowed, it is shown in Settings > Today > Items list, but it does not work. You must install in to the device.
