Internet connection does not work after Windows Vista Service Pack 2 Install - solution

I installed Microsoft Windows Vista Service Pack 2 to my notebook and after that internet connection does not work (Interenet Explorer said Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage). I realized that my IP address is set to 0.0.0.0.

Fixing the problem: Open Control Panel > Network Sharing Center > Manage Network Connections > right click on your connection and choose Properties > doubleclick Internet Protocol Version 4 and fill in your IP address to the IP address line.
